Photography Enthusiasts Club “Different Vision Group”
1. The Different Vision Group Photography Enthusiasts Club is a continuously operating voluntary association.
2. Club Objectives:
• Development of both amateur and professional photography.
• Preservation, support, and advancement of photographic art traditions.
• Exchange of experience between amateurs and professionals in the field of photography.
• Enhancement of skills and proficiency for photographers at all levels.
• Scientific, educational, and awareness-raising activities in photography.
3. Club meetings are held at least once a month. The calendar and meeting details are posted on the Club’s website and are accessible only to registered users.
4. Members are individuals who support the Club’s goals and actively participate in its activities.
5. Membership in the Club is voluntary and can take one of the following forms:
• Applicant
• Member (with specialization as one of the following):
• Photographer
• Model
• Makeup artist
• Fashion designer
• Artist
• Stylist
• Journalist
6. Individuals aged 14 and older can become members of the Club.
7. The Club is governed by the Council of Founders (Areopagus).
• The composition of the Areopagus is permanent; its members are neither elected nor dismissed.
• The Areopagus makes decisions regarding membership categories, publication of materials on the Club’s official website, event organization, forum moderation, and more.
8. Applicant — any individual who has submitted a membership application.
9. If an application is approved, the applicant receives a notification with login credentials for website access. At this point, the applicant becomes a full member and must adhere to the Club’s rules.
10. Club Member Rights:
• Access to a personal portfolio on the Club’s website.
• Participation in Club meetings and events.
• Receiving consultations, informational, and methodological support on photography-related topics.
• Subscribing to updates on the Club’s activities.
• The right to voluntarily withdraw from Club membership.
11. Club Member Responsibilities:
• Contribute to the Club’s objectives and initiatives.
• Pay membership fees as determined by the Club’s Chairman and approved by the Council.
• Actively participate in Club activities.
• Provide financial, organizational, and technical support to the Club when possible.
• Assist in preparing and presenting lectures.
• Propose lecture topics.
• Give at least one mini-lecture annually on a topic relevant to Club members.
• Annually submit works for Portfolio Review.
• Avoid any actions that may harm the Club’s reputation and interests.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding the Club’s activities.
• Follow ethical standards in interactions with other members.
12. A high artistic standard is a mandatory requirement for all members’ photographic works. Submitted works must be well-composed and complete.
13. Each author is personally responsible for ensuring that submitted works are their own and do not violate copyright laws. Copyright infringement results in immediate expulsion from the Club.
14. If a member does not actively participate in Club activities, their status may be downgraded to “Listener.”
15. Inviting non-members to Club meetings and lectures requires prior approval from the Areopagus.
16. If the Areopagus deems a member’s portfolio works do not meet the Club’s standards, the member is invited for a mandatory Portfolio Review.
• During the review, the works in question will be visible only to registered users.
17. The Areopagus annually approves the Club’s budget and communicates it to all members.
18. The budget consists of two parts:
• Mandatory contributions — equally distributed among all members.
• Prospective funds — allocated for the Club’s future development.
